CDMU team consists of professionals from key departments led by Administrative Manager Sulagna Duta under the guidance of our Secretary, D P Poddar. The operational team is responsible for setting strategic priorities and managing daily operations. Our governance structure includes an Executive Committee that advises the operation team on matters that impact the structure or overall direction of CDMU.
The operation team members have diverse backgrounds, bringing expertise and experience in administration, project management, supply chain management, partnership, healthcare, and finance.
